Its All about Your Customers
The good thing about traveling nowadays is the fact that you do not feel like traveling anymore. You can now while away your time by watching movies, playing a game, learning a language, through in-flight entertainment. With jumbo jets, you now have more space and these new ones have capsule like seats in first class for you to stretch those weary legs. Traveling in style has been redefined and will continue to be challenged as new and more complex technology is introduced. If you are traveling today, you have several options because a lot of carriers offer these comforts. The choice now boils down to personal preference? Will it be Singapore Airlines? Air France? Japan Airlines? American Airlines? It's all part of the trend toward brand engagement. Brand engagement is such a big word but what is it actually? Engagement, in its broadest term, encompasses everything from sampling to product placement to personal service. Brand engagement then is the process of forming an emotional or rational attachment to a brand by presenting a particular image in a personally relevant context. Most brand engagement strategies are focused towards giving that ultimate experience - an experience that would be unforgettable for that particular client or customer. Companies nowadays are not just about manufacturing a product or providing a service; rather, they aspire to create that particular satisfactory experience. A restaurant can be any other restaurant but your personal experience in that particular place would make you come back. Right? Because that restaurant food is exceptional! Their servers will make you feel like a king or queen! Listen to these comments and they are all about a personal experience. You have engaged the customers but how do you tell the world about it? That is the other equation. You have to communicate it. Yet companies do a terrible job with their manuals even if done by the most expensive commercial color printing company, product design, and Web sites. How many times have you sought information in a manual, only to find the needed information missing, poorly explained, or depicted by a micron-sized illustration? Or through a badly done commercial color printing ad? Engaging customers on one hand is a difficult task, but once you have achieved it you cannot just rely on word of mouth. You have to tell the world about it. The world has to attach that experience in that brand and it is up to you package it. For more information, you can visit this page on http://www.justprint.com
